Talent Development Program Manager – Andrew Peller Limited Join our People & Culture team to design, develop, and deploy talent management and development programming across all of Andrew Peller Limited. Committed to excellence, ownership, belonging, and driving success. Key Responsibilities Lead all development offerings end‑to‑end, from needs assessment to program deployment and evaluation. Develop learning frameworks and resources supporting core corporate capabilities and functional skills. Build learning programs that strengthen leadership pipelines, high‑potential development, and enterprise‑wide capabilities. Leverage data and insights to identify development needs and recommend interventions. Design and facilitate in‑house and virtual development solutions for audiences ranging from new hires to senior leaders. Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners to embed development programming across the Talent Cycle. Own and maintain APL’s Learning Management System via Dayforce Learning, including administration, content curation, and ROI measurement. Lead wine education strategy and partner with preferred vendors for company‑wide programming. Oversee vendor partnerships, program budgets, and evaluation frameworks for high‑quality, measurable outcomes. Support other People & Culture duties as required. Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience University degree or college diploma in business, with a focus on Human Resources Management preferred. 5+ years of progressive learning & development or organizational effectiveness experience. Proven experience designing and managing leadership or enterprise‑wide development programs. Certification as a CHRP or CTDP is an asset. Strong facilitation and communication skills. Experience administering a Learning Management System. Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Leadership potential: influencing others and building cooperative relationships. Proactive problem‑solving and initiative‑taking ability. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom); HRIS experience is an asset. Alignment with APL’s values and ability to demonstrate them effectively.
