Global Operations Overview Our Global Operations team supports TD Securities’ businesses worldwide, providing end‑to‑end functional support and building relationships across lines of business. Department Overview Corporate Lending Operations, part of Global Operations, supports bilateral and syndicated loans for TD Securities’ high‑profile clients and administers foreign currency loans for personal, private banking, commercial, and retail accounts. Job Description Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Lending Operations, the successful candidate will service a portfolio of Corporate Lending Clients. Responsibilities Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Corporate Lending business and act as a subject‑matter expert. Provide loan servicing functions for high‑value corporate relationships, meeting all timelines, delivering excellent client service, and managing risk while adhering to policies and procedures. Perform secondary checks/approvals and review end‑of‑day transactions. Maintain portfolio accuracy, proactively review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to resolve discrepancies timely. Prioritize and manage own workload to meet service and productivity requirements. Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions or other activities as appropriate. Protect the bank’s interests by adhering to operating standards and procedures. Actively engage in initiatives to foster a creative environment where innovative thinking is welcomed and supported. Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvements to streamline procedures and enhance customer service experience. Contribute to the team’s success by providing coverage and assistance as required. Lead by example as a member of ONE CLO, embracing collaboration within your team and across teams. Job Requirements 3+ years in a corporate lending operations environment with tight operational and financial controls. Strong record in managing relationships with high‑profile clients. Ability to read, review, and understand Corporate Lending Credit Agreement terms. Experience managing a portfolio of Corporate Client borrowing accounts as a syndicated participate lender and direct lender. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self‑motivated, strong team player with sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and mainframe systems. Flexible with schedule as CLO services global clients and will require working on some Canadian statutory holidays. Other Qualification/Skills/Experiences Client‑facing experience is an asset. Experience using LoanIQ is a strong asset. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to operational and service excellence. Experience reading legal documents is an asset.
