Reporting to a CD, you’ll get the opportunity to flex your creative chops and work on a wide range of integrated campaigns and projects – including experiential, content, digital, print, PR and more. Responsible for concept-driven ideas, tactical executions and overall visual direction, the Art Director is a key collaborative member of the creative team. Responsibilities Generate ideas based on creative briefs that are grounded in relevant culture, trends, and insights Develop visual language and steer visual direction of projects Collaborate with agency peers, partners, vendors, and clients Present creative work compellingly to both internal stakeholders and clients alike Skills, Abilities and Experience 2‑5+ years of experience at a creative agency Portfolio demonstrating strong creative work, both in thinking and craft Strong presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, oral and written Experience in art direction in multiple formats, for example film, print, web, social, branding Strong aesthetic inspired by forward thinking design trends Proficient in creative suite for Mac About Mint We’re a creative agency made of culture creatures with multidisciplinary expertise across all major marketing disciplines.
