Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Associate Client Executive to become a part of a leading organization in the insurance broking and risk management sector, based in Montreal. The position is designed as a hybrid role, with the expectation of three days of on-site work and two days of remote work each week. The Associate Client Executive will be instrumental in sustaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing outstanding service and value. Responsibilities include strategically expanding client relationships, acquiring new clients, and utilizing company resources to offer top-tier solutions. The role entails full responsibility for client solution delivery, managing and expanding client profit and loss, and working in tandem with the Client Executive to improve client services and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and expand client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and seeking opportunities for new client acquisition.

- Take full responsibility for the client's portfolio, including solution delivery and financial performance.

- Analyze client risk profiles, loss experiences, and current coverage to tailor product/service offerings.

- Communicate effectively with insurers regarding client needs and binding instructions.

- Oversee the implementation and adherence to a quality service plan, verifying the precision of all client documents.

- Develop and present comprehensive renewal proposals to existing clients and conduct regular stewardship meetings.

- Drive new sales and foster a culture of growth through client referrals and team collaboration, in line with the business plan.

- Ensure prompt billing and collection processes for each client account.

- Build collaborative relationships across company functions to enhance client service and identify cross-selling opportunities.

- Engage with industry groups and utilize company resources to provide the best possible service to clients and prospects.
