Benefits Competitive base salary of $60,000 Uncapped commission with OTE of $90,000+ Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits RRSP matching program Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Responsibilities Proactively make outbound calls to generate and qualify new B2B sales opportunities Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales Maintain and grow existing client accounts through consistent service and follow-up Accurately record activities, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs Qualifications 2-3+ years of inside sales, business development or inbound order management experience Proven track record in outbound/inbound calling, lead generation, and pipeline management Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills Self‑motivated with the ability to thrive independently and in a team setting Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and track performance Looking to take the first/next step in your sales career Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
