Job Title: Head, SBS ImplementationReporting to the VP/GM Small Business Segment (SBS), the incumbent leads professional, technical and administrative teams in SBS Implementation function. Ensures that the IS organization implements all sold business units within forecasted time frames and within project budget. Provides support and consults with the Sales organization during the presale process to determine pricing and product implementation strategy. This is a leader of leaders position where the incumbent is accountable for coaching, mentoring, and engagement results for the specified division.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Implementation Organization ensuring that all sold business units and transfer business is implemented within forecasted time frames and within the scope of the project budget.Ensure that billable hours are accurately forecasted and division IS productive objectives are met.Plan department expenses, resources and capital requirements and manage the department to achieve forecasted and planned financial results.Work with Sales to impact the "buy" decision, present implementation strategy at high-level sales calls, and provide accurate estimates.Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to develop pricing proposals that meet goals.Work closely with Client Service and Operations Leadership to ensure smooth hand-off of accounts.Participate in divisional initiatives to improve process, communicate issues, and serve as liaison among stakeholders.Responsible for client education training program, ensuring high-quality training and proper billing policies.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 12 years of management experience, including 3-5 years supervising a large staff (25+).Background in consulting and professional services preferred; experience in systems implementation management, client service management, HR, payroll, or financial systems.Accreditation from appropriate organizations is an asset.Demonstrated success in leading a large professional staff, recruiting, hiring, retaining, mentoring.Experience developing and managing a departmental budget.Experience in a highly technical systems environment.Experience working with a motivated sales organization, managing relationships, and re‑engineering client service processes.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment OpportunityADP is committed to an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace and provides equal employment opportunities regardless of any protected characteristic.Ethics at ADPADP has a strong compliance culture and expects staff to uphold integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
