Acting as a key business partner, the role promotes collaboration across departments and drives process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage month‑end closing and prepare financial statements and reports. Analyze results, reconcile GL accounts, and monitor performance metrics. Develop financial and operational reports for management, board, and lenders. Improve accounting processes, controls, and inventory systems. Support ERP implementation and external audit preparation. Qualifications 5+ years in a similar role within manufacturing. CPA designation preferred; strong ASPE and US GAAP knowledge. Advanced Excel and ERP experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and problem‑solving ability.
