Key Responsibilities About the Position: RWDI’s Guelph office is seeking an individual to join its Marketing and Communications team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Content Creation Create compelling marketing content for a variety of audiences and assets including blogs, websites, case studies, video, etc. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, ensure brand consistency, and translate technical language into consumable content. Ensure all external content aligns with RWDI’s messaging and brand voice. Digital Marketing and Campaigns Monitor, manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Leverage SEO best practices to build RWDI’s online presence. Assist in developing landing pages and digital assets in coordination with graphic design team. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email and display. Analytics and Data-Driven Insights Report on digital performance across web, social, and campaign channels. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise We are accepting applications from candidates with the following qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. A post‑secondary education in marketing, digital communications or a related field required. Additional training is considered an asset. A strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for creating marketing content. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a complex and fast‑paced environment. Preferred experience with: Analytics tools, including GA4. SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing.
