Responsibilities Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, and availability of fleet assets. Manage fleet budgets and identify opportunities to reduce operational costs. Monitor fleet performance metrics and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Develop and execute long-term strategies for fleet growth, utilization, and lifecycle management. Support vendor relationship management and assist in negotiating service contracts to maximize value. Drive continuous improvement in fleet operations through adoption of new technologies, data‑driven decision-making, and process optimization. Qualifications Proven 5-7 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics. Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
