This also includes managing planning, timelines, budget, and execution for all direct to consumer and digital marketing activities which drive DTC sales and fuel omni-channel growth. You will work closely together and across our marketing leadership verticals and Global cross-functional teams to deliver performance-driven programs on time, cost efficiently, adhering to overarching marketing / business strategy and against measurable KPIs. This role creates a critical bridge to deliver business objectives within eCommerce, Samsung Experience Stores and B2B. You will influence SEO content to support organic and direct traffic in partnership with Paid Media to optimize the experience and ROI. This role will oversee key marketing specialists across Paid and Earned Media, as well as Customer Strategy, Loyalty, App-Marketing, Subscription and In-store Marketing and Events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee, manage, cultivate, and inspire the DTC Omni Marketing team to drive process evolution, efficiencies of efforts, and collaborative planning of all initiatives. Drive yearly and long-term strategic Marketing DTC Omni strategy and planning, facilitating market share growth, brand health and customer NPS Deliver compelling DTC Omni experiences which drive Hero products and New Launches Continuously innovate to drive customer relevance, drive brand desirability and lead new initiatives in the market, whilst building on Global Best practices Facilitate dialogue with Global Brand teams to support specific regional needs across consumer engagement, omni-channel, campaign, and loyalty offerings, to facilitate regional growth and attract new consumers to brand and deliver sales goals Develop Localized Marketing capabilities to continue the brand engagement from stores, digital, members and B2B with efficiency Develop and lead the team for creative production efficiencies to manage OMNI creative, messaging and promotional collateral at scale for audience targets Lead Earned and Owned Media ecosystem, driving brand health, increasing awareness, fueling qualified traffic and delivering sales goals partnering with CX/Content team to balance Direct and Organic traffic Lead Customer Growth Strategy, Retention, and Loyalty, to increase customer acquisition and LTV, through strong planning, excellence in execution, and consumer first mindset Deliver in partnership with CX team exceptional relevant and lasting emotional connections and customer experiences, utilize a practice of continual measurement and optimization, and have a strong foundation in DTC businesses (mobile web, app, brick & mortar and B2B) Manage cross functional relationships with Brand Marketing, commercial partners, Global and COE teams to ensure the digital experience is consistent with brand identity and on target with consumer KPIs Lead go-to-market strategies and take leadership role in commercial planning brining customer insights, competitive marketing positioning including digital and retail, new media strategies in social commerce, app, and mobile Establish brand differentiation and sustain success through continuous analyses of market trends, competitive influences, and performance of digital outlets, including demographic analyses and gap analyses Develop marketing strategies to support new revenue models, such as subscriptions, financing, market places including emerging DTC commerce revenue models to capture new customers and meet evolving customer expectations Oversee and guide the Earned and Paid Media to deliver compelling strategy and effectiveness for all key hero moments, branding moments, and regional big bets. Shape along with the DtC business teams the annual marketing calendar, commercial planning including promotions, creative direction, media plans, budgets, loyalty and lifecycle initiatives Lead and develop the DtC loyalty program, acquiring new members, driving engagement, retention, and lifetime value in partnership with current partners, Samsung Ecosystem partnerships and new channel partners to enhance the customer value proposition for Ecommerce and SES Develop in store marketing strategies through new market localized initiatives – popup stores and grass root builds to support events, influencers, customer training and video program and support for Grand Openings Drive financial discipline, developing internal capabilities on the team, with focus on P&L and ROI optimization and developing performance KPIs, Agile activities to continuously improve on performance to meet Commercial objectives Establish Strategic Initiatives, Roadmap and capabilities including technology investments, platform changes and new partnerships to meet the long term goals for the DtC division Requirements Knowledge: Knowledge of digital / omni best practices and strong understanding of customer experience journey and post purchase journey Strong understanding of eCommerce business, Retail business, Loyalty and Digital Marketing (instore/display/media/owned channels) Consumer-centric mindset to drive trial, penetration, and enhance customer loyalty, improving business growth Strong understanding of DTC business, data acumen, and digital experience inclusive of SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, display and organic and paid search, , mobile web Strong analytical skills and judgment for in-depth business review with a high level of creativity Strong presentation and communication skills Experience: 15+ years related Retail Marketing, Omni Marketing and/or eCommerce experience; along with compelling experience in managing high-performing teams. Exceptional capabilities in developing GTM strategies with precision and fine tuning Experience working in a high volume, fast paced, multi-channel retail environment essential Experience developing strategies to drive new business opportunities, managing costs effectively, and delivering strong ROI and Media budgets Experience cultivating relationships with partners (internal and external) Samsung is an equal employment opportunity employer.
