What You'll Do Here Lead, mentor, and empower a team of security analysts and engineers across multiple sites, fostering their professional and technical growth. Manage the architecture, engineering, and operational support for the organization’s proactive security solutions. Oversee the management and operations of security technologies including Endpoint Protection, EDR, Mobile Device Management, eMail Security, and Zero Trust Network Access. Create, maintain, and enhance processes to support the delivery of security functions. Identify, launch, and lead initiatives and projects that strengthen cyber‑security controls in alignment with business and technology needs. Supervise the selection and implementation of new security products and solutions. Address emerging threats such as vulnerabilities, patches, and attack vectors. Ensure the execution of security controls and ongoing improvement based on a risk‑based approach. Prepare, maintain, and present a metrics dashboard monthly to leadership to highlight control deficiencies and promote enhancements. Develop and communicate a long‑term technical roadmap that aligns risk management with business objectives. Develop, maintain, and enforce enterprise‑wide information security policies, procedures, and standards. What You Bring To The At least 5 years in information security or cybersecurity with a minimum of 3 years managing technical teams. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field; equivalent education and experience accepted. CISSP, CISM, or other recognized certification is an asset. Deep experience with network & infrastructure security, access & identity management, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, security governance, risk & compliance, security architecture, encryption, and data protection. Experience in heterogeneous and complex IT environments across Cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises. Strong leadership, problem‑solving, analytical thinking, decision‑making, and communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and managing crises effectively. Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset; required for Quebec candidates who must interact regularly with English‑speaking colleagues nationwide.
