The responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of Mopar operational strategies and processes within Canada, and consistent with key organizational goals and metrics. Responsibilities also include dealer development, wholesale channel development and new ideas to sell Mopar Parts, Bpro, B Parts and Circular Economy.Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToAct as the primary liaison between Mopar Parts and Service and the dealerships to develop new opportunities to grow parts salesIdentify new business opportunities to improve order to delivery lead time to dealershipsDevelop strategies to expand and grow Mopar sales channelsConduct regular meetings with business center to gather insights and address concerns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectivesData analytics to identify opportunities for Excess and Obsolescence parts to new retailersAnalyze program data to assess outcomes, identify trends, and recommend improvements tailored to each region’s unique needsIdentify key drivers of customer satisfaction and areas needing enhancementDevelop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty based on data insightsFCA Canada Inc. is committed to providing accommodation for people with accessibility needs due to disabilities in all aspects of the hiring process. If you request an accommodation, we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs due to disability.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in areas such as Supply Chain, Sales business, Marketing, or similar disciplineEcommerce experienceMinimum FIVE (5) years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Part and Service SalesProven problem solving and analytics skillsCapability to review, understand and analyze data from a business analytics standpointSelf-starter with ability to multi-task and take ownership of programsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperienced presenter and public speakerAdvanced user of Microsoft or Google business tools including advanced Excel skills, and PowerPoint experienceUnderstanding of Dealership OperationsBi-lingual (French / French Canadian)Legally eligible to work in CanadaAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
