We are proud to continue a 60 year history of serving companies and individuals throughout Saskatchewan.NOTE: This position is based on-site at our Regina Head Office location.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issuesProvide level 1 and 2 application support for our Trimble System across 11 locations utilizing remote connectionWork with Corporate IT for Level 3 supportBuild, maintain and enhance reports using the appropriate tools (SQL, Crystal Reports, Excel)Maintain and configure EDI with customersAdminister and manage company's IBC Phone SystemsDevelop and maintain business relationships with suppliers, identify the needs of the company and source supplies for inventoryCoordinate and manage the deployment of system upgrades, as well as the implementation of new IT systems and servicesQualificationsUniversity or College Diploma in Computer Science.At least 1-2 year helpdesk related work experienceStrong working knowledge and experience of SQL and Crystal ReportsEDI experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills a mustExperience in the trucking/transportation industry using TruckMate and Document Imaging Software applications would be an asset.BenefitsLong term career development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentCommitment to safety in all aspectsComprehensive benefitsEqual opportunity employerApplicants should apply online or forward their resume and cover letter to:Attn: Human ResourcesEmail: hr@jays.ca #J-18808-Ljbffr
