Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring high performance and development. Deliver your own portfolio of procurement projects, from planning to completion. Provide expert advice on procurement regulations and best practice (PCR 2015 / Procurement Act 2023). Work with services to design effective procurement strategies and documentation. Support contract management and deliver training across the organisation. Help drive innovation and continuous improvement in procurement. What We Offer Hybrid working: 50% office / 50% home. 26 days annual leave + bank holidays (rising to 33 days after 5 years’ service). Up to 13 additional flexi‑leave days per year.
