Job Summary The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for executing company‑directed visual merchandising strategies and standards, delivering a world‑class guest experience on the floor through product presentation, styling, and in‑store marketing. Core Responsibilities Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life. Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories, placement strategies, and intuitive store navigation. Execute powerful visual product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive store sell‑through. Execute VM flips—window activations, mannequin styling, signage, label updates, seasonal or weekly merchandise changes, and company‑driven product initiatives. Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs. Provide direct feedback and in‑the‑moment training on brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support team learning. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships with team members. Eligibility & Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned store. Flexible schedule: shifts typically mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays; may include early mornings or late nights during peak periods. Experience & Skills 1+ year of retail or sales experience. Some education or experience in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning. Knowledge of color theory, visual display composition, and styling/placement techniques. Strong collaboration, communication, attention to detail, self‑leadership, adaptability, and integrity. Nice to Have (Assets) High‑school diploma/GED or higher; design or related field degree. Retail product merchandising, inventory management, or project administration experience. Food safety or liquor service certification (for experiential stores with food/bebeer). Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: $22.25 – $25.60 per hour (subject to local minimum wage). Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour.\>Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.25 – $27.60 per hour. Work Environment On‑floor activity includes moving boxes and mannequins up to 30 lb, bending and stretching, and operating ladders for presentation adjustments.
