OverviewManage the National Bank Insurance team at National Bank of Canada, acting as an expert and leader for a small group of insurance and customer service advisors. You will influence performance with coaching skills, insurance brokerage experience, and strong product and regulatory knowledge.ResponsibilitiesCoach and align a team of advisors to meet the insurance needs of National Bank Insurance’s unassigned clients.Set growth targets and activities for clients under your management.Act as a designated representative with Canadian regulators for the various National Bank insurance firms.Support the Compliance and regulatory team in creating and implementing oversight mechanisms for individual insurance brokerage activities across Canada.Manage complex life and health insurance files as a subject matter expert.TeamYou are part of a team of three colleagues and will report to the Associate Vice‑President.
