On Premise & Key Account Manager – Labatt Breweries of Canada A leading Canadian brewer with over 175 years of history, Labatt seeks a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth across our largest on‑premise customers. This full‑time, mid‑senior level role offers competitive compensation, a robust benefits package, and the opportunity to lead from day one. Job Responsibilities Strategic Account Management from a portfolio of the largest on‑premise customers. Build, maintain, and own on‑premise key accounts’ head‑office relationships with Labatt. Develop and execute an annual customer business plan with strategies and tactics to create win‑win partnerships. Design, roll out, and evaluate customized key account programs. Support the Customer Marketing Team in creating tailored programs, strategies, and tactical marketing/sales initiatives. Manage all components of the customer budget. Direct field‑sales teams on street‑level execution within assigned accounts. Create internal and external communication plans. Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews of the customer set. Identify and develop new business within existing and new customers. Job Qualifications & Competencies Mandatory university degree in Business or a related field. Minimum of 3‑5 years of field‑sales experience, preferably with 2 years of sales back‑office experience. Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills. Strong presentation skills for championing key‑account pitches. Ability to engage professionally with senior customer leaders (CEO, President & VP). Proven budget‑management experience. Strong project‑management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities across key accounts. Empathetic listener who can craft creative solutions aligned with customer needs and Labatt priorities. Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
