Our core capabilities include Specialty Pharmacy Services, Customized Solutions for Warehouse, Wholesale & Distribution, Patient Support Programs, Strategic Creative Services as well as HCP & Clinic Services.Work Location: Ontario • Work Arrangement: Remote • Work Hours: Monday to Friday - standard business hours • Travel Required: NoThe OpportunityThe Learning Solutions Specialist, PSP is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of learning programs that support skill development, knowledge, and performance of team members working within our Patient Support Program (PSP) division. This includes but is not limited to new hire training, program launches, and other identified training initiatives. The Learning Solutions Specialist, PSP will work closely with the Patient Programs leadership team and other strategic partners to develop and deliver training that helps drive successful business outcomes.A Day in the Life (What you will do here)Design, develop and facilitate training sessions that support the PSP workforce including but not limited to: Case Managers, Administrative Assistants, Supervisors, Program Managers and other related roles within PSP as requiredWork closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain in-depth understanding of the PSP content and knowledgeCreate instructional materials (eLearning modules, decks, user guides, job aids, lesson plans, etc.)Utilize Work Instructions and SOPs, to create learner friendly materialsDeliver learning programs via eLearning, instructor-led, VILT, and blended learning solutionsOptimize current LMS to host learning modules and create blended and self-guided learning programsComplete training needs analysis, identifying areas for improvement and knowledge gaps; create learning solutions that close the gap and address the needs of the businessEvaluate current and future learning programs (Level 1-3 Evaluations) to determine effectiveness of the programsConsistently review learning programs and materials with a continuous improvement mindsetCoordinate onboarding training with the Learning Solutions Coordinator, QA and PSP leadersProvide feedback to managers on new hire performanceAssist in managing and creating content for the L&D PageManage multiple competing priorities to meet tight deadlinesOptimize training processes for efficiencyOther duties as assigned by your managerWhat you need to ensure you are set up for successBachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Adult Education/Curriculum Development, or equivalent experience is preferredPatient Support Program experience with knowledge of private and public reimbursement structure, systems, and process is considered an assetKnowledge of adult learning principles and training best practicesAdvanced ability to learn and understand new content, systems and processesExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsKnowledge and experience with various instructional design methodologies, designing robust training programs from scratchExperience with Microsoft Office and various learning authoring tools; Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, etc.), Canva, Camtasia, SnagIt, etc.Experience in creating SharePoint pages considered an assetAdministrative experience in LMS is considered an assetExperience in conducting training needs analysis and providing successful learning solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading/editing and quality assuranceProven experience collaborating successfully with leaders and/or stakeholders within a cross-functional organizationAbility to be agile and nimble in a fast-paced environmentGrowth mindsetEffective organizational skills; excellent attention to detailStrong analytical skillsExcellent problem-solving skills: ability to resolve issues effectively and efficientlyStrong ability to consistently meet deadlines and prioritize projectsOccasional travel may be requiredBilingual (French and English) will be considered an assetWhat makes you a great fit for this teamYour commitment to providing a high level of service to your internal and external clients.You are highly adaptable with a track record of success during times of growth and organizational change.You have a proven track record of developing trust and influence at multiple levels.You demonstrate an impactful and candid communication style.You have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.Why join Sentrex?We value our employees Our permanent full-time employees are provided with the:Competitive Salary and generous vacation entitlementWellness Program (5 paid days off for your well-being)Paid Sick DaysCompetitive Benefits Package including Dental & Extended Health Benefits, AD&D, LTD & Employee/Dependent Life InsuranceEmployee & Family Assistance ProgramRRSP Matching ProgramThe company is an equal opportunity employer and supports diversity, inclusion, belonging, equity, and accessibility.
