An excellent opportunity is available for a Permanent Family Physician to take over a well-established full-spectrum family practice. This position arises due to an upcoming retirement and offers a supportive, collaborative environment within a modern, newly renovated clinic. Clinical Focus and Services: Full-spectrum family practice, including pediatrics, adult, and geriatric care Women’s health services: antenatal care, contraception and IUD insertion, endometrial biopsy, and menopause management Minor in-office procedures: laceration repair, skin biopsies, tendon and joint injections Routine childhood and adult immunizations Antenatal care provided (deliveries no longer performed) The ideal candidate is a compassionate and dedicated family physician interested in building long-term relationships with patients and contributing to a collaborative team environment. They are a full-scope family practice with half of the physicians active in obstetrics at BC Women’s Hospital. The clinic has 4 exam rooms and 2 offices with 6 physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum. Also available for patients bimonthly is a physician who specializes in muscular skeletal injuries, and a nurse who specializes in incontinence.
