Technicien de Service Automobile/Automotive Technician

Auto Bugatti is seeking a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join their team in Dorval, Quebec. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of various makes and models, a completed or current provincially recognized automotive mechanic certificate, and a CPA card.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work, communicating with parts and service advisors, and documenting all work performed on the vehicle.The company offers a competitive compensation plan, medical, vision, and dental benefits, life insurance, and a group RRSP. They also provide a renovated, air-conditioned mechanical workshop with toolboxes, an employee vehicle purchase and maintenance plan, and professional development opportunities.Responsibilities:Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as specified on the RO efficiently and accuratelyCommunicate regularly with parts and service advisors to manage production/repairs, cycle times, and customer communicationPerform multi-point inspections to make appropriate repair recommendationsDocument all work performed on the vehicle RO by creating a history on the associated repair orderMaintain an inventory of common automotive technician toolsRequirements:Solid knowledge of various makes and modelsCompleted or current provincally recognized automotive mechanic certificateCPA cardRed Seal certification (an asset)Professional attitude and strong work ethicExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAutoCanada is committed to collaborating with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
