If you’re passionate about technology, driven by continuous improvement, and looking to work in an agile, collaborative environment — this opportunity is for you.Your MissionAs a NetSuite ERP Specialist, you’ll play a central role in optimizing the NetSuite platform, with a strong focus on financial and accounting processes. You’ll act as a key functional liaison between the Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure the system’s performance, consistency, and scalability.Key ResponsibilitiesERP System Management: Administer and optimize NetSuite’s financial modules (General Ledger, AP / AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, etc.). Ensure the accuracy, performance, and security of financial processes within the ERP. Support system upgrades, feature enhancements, and third-party application integrations.Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Identify automation opportunities (invoicing, payments, bank reconciliations, etc.). Design and maintain reports, custom fields, saved searches, and dashboards. Implement best practices to drive operational efficiency and scalability.Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal stakeholders: Finance Director, Business Analyst, ERP Manager. Provide user support, manage tickets, and troubleshoot NetSuite issues. Participate in user training and support change management initiatives.Compliance & Industry Watch: Ensure financial processes comply with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
