Our Guiding Principles Act with Integrity & in Compliance Drive Value Creation Be Disciplined Entrepreneurs Focus on the Customer Act with Humility Treat others with Dignity and Respect Seeking Fulfillment in your Work The Senior HR Business Partner serves as the local HR representative, responsible for implementing Altium’s people and HR strategies, and administering core HR policies and procedures Responsibilities: Serve as the local HR partner responsible for executing People Strategies, including: Hourly talent acquisition Employee relations activities Retention analysis and action planning HR administration for onboarding and offboarding Payroll, timekeeping, and compliance Responding to benefits and policy inquiries Administer companywide HR initiatives. Coach and influence leaders and associates. Conduct employee investigations. Qualifications: Education: Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience Certifications: HR-related certification preferred HR Generalist Experience: 2–3 years preferred Recruitment Experience: 1 year preferred Employee Relations Experience: 1 year preferred Employee Investigation Experience: Not required HR Administration Experience (generalist, payroll, etc.): 1 year preferred We Believe in Rewarding our Most Important Resource – Our People We show our commitment to Total Rewards by providing a competitive, comprehensive benefits package.We offer health, dental, life and disability insurance plans to support the well-being of our employees.
