Overview We are a leading Canadian financial services co‑operative committed to sustainability. Our Distribution team seeks an Associate Insurance Advisor II to support sales and service, primarily through insurance sales and client engagement. Responsibilities Sales, service, and profitable growth in personal lines and specialty lines products. Advise and recommend coverage and policies that best meet client needs. Actively prospect for all lines of business by identifying and recommending additional products/services. Complete front line risk assessment and selection following underwriting guidelines. Complete inspections and re‑inspections. Achieve individual goals for client service, sales, quality and productivity; contribute to agency sales and growth goals. Respond to client questions and concerns, resolve customer complaints and elevate issues appropriately. Proactively complete client reviews on the auto and home portfolio. Qualifications General Insurance license required. Meet all provincial‑licensing requirements and maintain continuing education. Minimum of 2 years insurance industry experience, including sales experience preferred. In‑depth knowledge of auto and property insurance products and strong underwriting skills. Additional Information Travel occasionally. Subject to criminal record and consumer history background check. Benefits Training and development opportunities.
