You’ll mentor junior staff, contribute to training initiatives, and strengthen client relationships. This role offers leadership responsibilities, professional growth, and collaboration with Partners and Principals through a structured Leadership Development Program. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage compilation, review, audit, and tax engagements. Review working papers, audit strategies, financial statements, and tax returns (corporate & personal). Ensure accuracy and quality across deliverables. Coach and develop junior and intermediate team members. Contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent, high-quality service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines efficiently. Leverage technology (Caseware, TaxPrep, MS Office) to enhance processes and client service. Qualifications 5–6+ years post-CPA experience in a Canadian public accounting firm. 3+ years managing compilation, review, audit, and/or tax engagements. 5+ years of progressive experience in audit/assurance within a CPA firm. Proficient with Caseware, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple engagements with precision and efficiency. Collaborative, client-focused, and analytical with a continuous improvement mindset. Preferred Background Candidates with experience from: Big 4 firms in Canada, or Small to mid-sized CPA firms in Canada will be considered ideal fits for this opportunity. This role is based at the organization’s head office in Orangeville, Ontario, with options for hybrid or in-office work arrangements.
