A work term here as a Systems Analyst will provide you with an experience that will stretch your abilities, build your curiosity, and grow your resume in a way that is unique.During this work term, you’ll get hands-on experience with risk management, support strategic blueprint projects, and help oversee mobile device management and Azure virtual desktop systems.This position requires full-time on-site presence.ResponsibilitiesPerform cleanup and optimization of existing MDM configurations and AVD environmentsReview and update device and desktop policies to align with current organizational standards and compliance requirementsCollaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure mobile and virtual environments are secure and efficientIdentify, assess, and prioritize End User Computing (EUC) risk items across the environmentDevelop and implement remediation plans for outstanding EUC risksEstablish monitoring and reporting mechanisms to ensure ongoing attention to risk items and compliance with governance standardsActively participate in the planning and execution of the two blueprint projectsProvide input and support in areas related to device management, policy standardization, and risk reductionEnsure that project deliverables incorporate best practices for infrastructure design and operational efficiencyQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a university or college program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineProficiency with the Microsoft Suite of tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)Excellent communication and teamwork skillsEagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentCuriosity, drive for excellence and deep interest in technologyAbout the TeamThe belief that what people experience matters more than technology is part of our foundational core.
