Overview We operate or service corporate and affiliated dealer stores, offering a distinctive product and service portfolio across neighborhood hardware stores to big box stores. Our RONA+, RONA, and Dick’s Lumber banners strive to meet the needs of all DIYers and contractors. Responsibilities Act as a financial business partner for the Merchandising team. Perform margin analysis, assess impacts on markdowns, rate, volume, and mix. Support and make recommendations to Merchandising departments in projects such as demand planning, management of markdowns and inventory overstock, and product profitability. Partner on action plans to achieve budgeted sales and margin targets. Collaborate to implement and monitor buying plans aligned with the inventory strategy for these categories. Build financial budgets and compile future initiatives. Qualifications University degree in administration, accounting, or related field (asset). 3 years of relevant experience as a financial analyst. Professional designation CPA (asset).alue Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Fluency in additional language(s) (bilingual). Proficient in Excel; Access experience is an asset.
