Position: Human Resources Manager Location: Cambridge, ON Type: On-site The Company and the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and to play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth and success. If you are a people‑focused leader ready to make an impact in a fast‑growing, sustainability‑driven organization, this opportunity could be for you In this stand‑alone role reporting to the COO, you will lead all aspects of HR and oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits, and payroll support. What You’ll Do Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives Manage full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, and performance programs Maintain and update HR policies and compliance practices including health and safety legislation (ESA, OSHA) Manage employee relations, including short‑term leaves, LTD, WSIB, and return to work programs Support payroll processing (shared with Finance) in Ceridian Dayforce for 105 employees Lead benefits administration, training, and employee engagement initiatives What You Bring 5+ years of HR generalist or business partnership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field CHRP/CHRL designation (or in progress) strongly preferred Thrives well in an entrepreneurial, privately owned environment with hands‑on leadership and collaborative decision making.
