The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio, provide data-driven recommendations, and contribute to maximizing asset value while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor performance of the organization's asset portfolio, including real estate and infrastructure. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, maintenance) to align asset plans with organizational goals. Maintain accurate asset records and documentation, using asset management systems or ERP tools. Oversee third-party service providers or property managers to ensure quality and cost-effective service. Prepare regular reports on asset performance, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial, operational, and legal standards. Participate in budgeting and capital planning related to asset upgrades or acquisitions. Identify and manage asset-related risks and develop mitigation strategies. There will be a need for excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
