About The Role The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives across our brands and divisions throughout Canada. This full‑time contract position offers you the opportunity to build a strong market presence and drive measurable growth across digital channels. Training for the role will include four weeks of shadowing. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for developing, executing and managing innovative digital strategies. This role involves overseeing various digital channels and optimizing online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and content marketing strategies, including web, social media, database management, video, SEO/SEM and email campaigns. Compensation is an hourly rate of $32.00 / hour based on a 37.5‑hour work week. This fixed‑term contract position will back‑fill a paternity leave from January 12 to August 14 2026, with the possibility of extension. What You’ll Do Plan, execute and support web SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and CPC advertising campaigns. Develop content, design and implement email campaigns (via Constant Contact). Manage and update company marketing databases. Manage client Net Promoter Score (NPS) system. Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs). What You’ll Bring A minimum of three (3) years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related experience. Knowledge of digital and content marketing best practices. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines. Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Ads, Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.). Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints. Familiarity with NPS systems and the Constant Contact email system is an asset.
