BSG Mechanical, a leading player in mechanical contracting, is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in project execution, and have a passion for the mechanical contracting industry, we want to hear from you What You’ll Do: Oversee all aspects of project management, including labor, purchasing, administration, cost control, and subcontractor coordinationLead project planning, scheduling, and pricing of change orders to ensure seamless project executionEstablish and manage client relationships, representing BSG in construction meetings, and communicate updates to the workforce and subcontractorsMaintain financial ownership of projects, including preparing monthly financial forecasting reports and participating in project status review (PSR) meetingsCollaborate closely with project foremen, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project deliveryStrengthen supplier and subcontractor relationships, ensuring productivity, quality, and cost objectives are metParticipate in estimating turnover and pre-construction meetings, and assist in estimating as needed What You Bring: Minimum of 5 years experience with a mechanical contracting companyStrong leadership and organizational skillsStrong ability to interpret site plans and specificationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously, with frequent travel to site locationsExpertise in managing HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems in the construction sectorExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with Ontario’s building codes and regulations Why BSG Mechanical Competitive salary and benefitsBenefitsCollaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
