In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership in the areas of physical assets, employees, business processes, and financial resourcesCoach and develop Branch Managers in your assigned region, who are responsible to ensure that all departments are working together to achieve our goalsDevelop and execute the organization’s business and marketing plansLead dealership operations, development, and implementation of sound business practices and processesGuide the management team in making business decisionsOversee the evaluation, allocation, and management of physical assets, employment decisions, and financial resources to fulfill the stakeholders’ expectationsSet the financial direction for the organization utilizing annual budgets and ensures financial stability through audits and internal controlsEnsure the dealership’s reputation and image in the community is consistent with the organization’s values, vision, and missionLead and manage on-going relationships with key John Deere personnel and other suppliersManage in cooperation with Human Capital recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this positionRequirements7+ years of management and inventory control experience in increasingly responsible rolesPost‑secondary education in business, marketing, or other related field; Combination of education and experience may be consideredIn‑depth knowledge of the ag industry, John Deere, and competitive productsProven understanding of requirements for successful branch operationDemonstrated experience in leading and motivating managers and successfully coaching within an organizationExceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skillsResults‑oriented, strong work ethic, analyticalPositive attitude and empatheticSelf‑aware with high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)Valid driver’s licence, ability to travel and work flexible or extended hoursCONNECT with us todayWhether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge Our 18 locations across Saskatchewan and Manitoba offer endless opportunities for you to GROW .You’ll receive competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, company matched pension, bonus eligibility, company vehicle, and future career opportunities in all areas.
