Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) SME to lead the implementation of ITSI within a large-scale AIOps initiative. This role sits within Application Operations and will focus on deploying, configuring, and integrating ITSI across enterprise monitoring programs while driving real‑time service visibility and automated incident response. Skills and Requirements 5+ years working with Splunk Enterprise in large-scale environments. 3+ years of hands‑on Splunk ITSI implementation experience. Expertise in service modeling, KPIs, dashboards, correlation searches, and episodes. Experience integrating ITSI with ServiceNow (required) and Jira (nice‑to‑have). Ability to onboard telemetry from diverse sources into ITSI. Familiarity with AIOps pipelines, predictive incident detection, and alert noise reduction. Scripting skills (Python, Shell, PowerShell) are an asset. Experience supporting Application Operations and SRE teams. Knowledge of clustering (indexer/search head), to be confirmed.
