This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statistica Inc., the world leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.Lead Role OverviewTHE LEAD under the direction of the Manager of Nutrition Service will provide direction and feedback to employees and assist with the monitoring of day-to-day operations of the department including patient trayline as well as cafeteria services at hospital and Pinecrest Manor Round Table. This position will support proper food safety and sanitation practices with the department and provide assistance with all training for staff in their job rules.ResponsibilitiesProvide direction and feedback to department staff and assist with monitoring day-to-day operations of Nutrition Service.Oversee patient trayline and cafeteria services at the hospital and Pinecrest Manor Round Table.Support food safety and sanitation practices within the department.Assist with training for staff in their job roles.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.At least 5 years of food service experience with a minimum of 2 years in food service production.Must understand measurement units for recipes and know how to use kitchen equipment.
