You will help shape a safe, healthy, and engaging work environment and drive continuous improvement across the site.ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction for all environmental, health, and safety initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standardsOversee safety audits, accident investigations, hazard assessments; analyze trends and implement corrective actionsDevelop and maintain plant-wide safety and environmental programs, including risk assessments and emergency response plansPrepare and submit environmental compliance reports to regulatory agencies; lead site-wide training on health, safety, and environmental topics to maintain required certificationsPartner with plant leadership and employees to foster a proactive safety culture and consistent application of EHS policiesSupport department managers in safety meetings and integration of safety practices into daily operationsMonitor effectiveness of safety programs and identify areas for continuous improvementMaintain accurate records for incident reporting, near misses, safety metrics, and environmental performance Important DetailsThe anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 to $142,600 annually. Final salary is based on factors including competencies, education, certifications, experience, skills, location, and business needs.This is a full-time, on-site role on First Shift, Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility may be required for alternate shifts and weekends.
