Position Overview Audit Manager II in Financial Crimes Center of Excellence of TD's Audit Department. Vous serez le professionnel des crimes financiers, résilient et leader adaptatif. Vous fournirez un soutien et la gestion du Programme d’audit des crimes financiers, y compris la conduite d’audits des systèmes de contrôle interne, l’évaluation des risques, la gestion des incidents, la planification d’audit et les initiatives stratégiques. Key Responsibilities Conduire des audits des systèmes de contrôle interne de l’organisation pour déterminer leur efficacité et la conformité aux exigences réglementaires. Évaluer les contrôles internes relatifs aux crimes financiers, gérer l’issue management, la planification d’audit et l’évaluation des risques. Agir comme Auditor In Charge (AIC) et superviser une équipe d’auditeurs pendant les engagements d’audit. Collaborer avec d’autres groupes d’audit (Modèles, TI, Segments d’affaires) pour auditer les secteurs d’activité de la banque. Preferred Qualifications Financial Crime designations (CAMS, CFE, FIS, CFCS). Strong knowledge of the Financial Crimes regulations (AML, ATF, sanctions), FATF recommendations, and emerging risk trends. Experience with the FINTRAC Guidelines, Proceeds of Crime Act, Criminal Code, Sanctions Regulations. Knowledge of financial crimes governance, reporting, customer due diligence, investigations, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Audit, monitoring and testing, quality assurance and quality control expertise. Strong communication, interpersonal, project management and people management skills. Ability to write and review audit findings and reports. Understanding of data analytics, models and emerging technologies such as AI and ML. Job Requirements Over 7 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree. Relevant professional certifications, accounting designations. Advanced knowledge of business processes, risk, change, project methodologies, and organizational practices. Expertise in using software tools, Windows applications, data analysis and reporting techniques. A strong team leader who can negotiate and influence key partners. Aptitude in exercising sound judgment while making decisions and handling confidential information with discretion. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Deep knowledge of specialist audit and integration of cross‑functional processes to complete audit projects and initiatives.
