Electrical Project Manager – Institutional & Transit P3 Projects Join a top electrical contractor and continue building your project portfolio with high-profile P3 projects in the institutional and transit industries locally. Our client is a growing leader in the field, seeking a focused and career-driven Electrical Project Manager to join their team and contribute to the development of future leaders. About the Role The Project Manager will work closely with office and field staff, other managers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects under their direct control deliver quality service and uphold the company’s brand experience. Due to the nature of P3 Design-Build and IPD projects, this role requires significant collaboration with the Design Team and other IPD Partners. This position blends technical expertise, people management, and workflow coordination. Qualifications 6-8+ years of electrical construction experience, preferably as a Project Manager in the ICI market Previous experience with P3 Design-Build and/or IPD projects Completion of a Construction or Building Technology Diploma, or an Electrical Engineering Degree, is an asset Strong budgeting and construction management skills Extensive knowledge of project execution, financial operations, estimating, and employee relations Working knowledge of Accubid preferred Key Responsibilities Ensure projects meet objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards according to company policy and contract specifications Manage material take-offs and issue purchase order Oversee preparation of as-built drawings and operational/maintenance manuals Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors Review drawings and specifications to ensure required products and materials are produced correctly Develop and monitor project plans, construction schedules, and milestones alongside site foremen and managers Review contracts, negotiate revisions, and price changes for client and consultant approval Prepare progress reports and schedules for clients Track budgets to avoid cost overruns Update and maintain schedule timelines Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Work independently and collaboratively to achieve client and business goals Meet aggressive deadlines and prioritize work effectively Perform other duties as assigned What’s Offered Competitive salary and benefits package (negotiable based on experience) Strong, collaborative team culture promoting honesty and teamwork Opportunity to work on prestigious P3 institutional and transit projects If you are interested in exploring this opportunity, please apply privately by sending your resume in WORD format to: davidh@harbingernetwork.ca Location Mississauga, Ontario, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
