Base pay range $50.00/yr - $55.00/yr Job Title: Product Owner (Banking Domain) Job Location: Waterloo, ON (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Experience: 6 to 8 Years Role Overview We are looking for a Product Owner with strong domain expertise in Branch Teller, Remote Teller, Branch Banking, Digital Banking, and Core Banking systems. The role involves close collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams to build and enhance teller and branch banking applications. Key Responsibilities Work with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high‑quality banking solutions. Contribute to modernization initiatives for teller platforms and core banking systems. Drive product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and delivery cycles within an Agile environment (SAFe preferred). Ensure product alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and technology architecture. Required Skills & Experience 5–8 years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis roles within banking or fintech. Strong hands‑on background in teller platform modernization, core banking, or branch operations technologies. Working knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 20022, BIAN, FDX, OAuth2/OIDC, PCI, FFIEC, SOC2. Proven experience delivering projects in Agile frameworks and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
