About The Role As an Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for the entire data lifecycle, from data engineering to visualization. You will analyze complex data sets, develop data-driven strategies, and provide insights that help our clients make informed business decisions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design analytical models, and deliver impactful solutions. Your Responsibilities Data Engineering: Build, and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data collection, storage, and processing. Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Consulting: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored analytical solutions. Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Tool Utilization: Utilize advanced analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) to perform data analysis and visualization. Project Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Training: Provide training and support to clients on data analytics tools and methodologies. Qualifications And Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with clients. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work. Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience with four or more of the following domains, with an emphasis on Microsoft’s data and analytics ecosystem: Data Integration: APIs, Web Scraping, IoT Devices, Databases, Microsoft Azure IoT Hub, or similar. Data Storage: SQL Databases, Data Warehouses (Fabric Warehouse, Amazon Redshift), Data Lakes (Fabric Lakehouse, Azure Data Lake Storage). Data Engineering: ETL/ELT Tools (Azure Data Factory, Fabric), Big Data Processing (Azure HDInsight, Azure Databricks, Apache Spark). Data Analysis: Programming Languages (SQL, Python, DAX), Notebooks (Fabric Notebooks, Azure Synapse, Databricks). Data Visualization: Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau). Data Security: Encryption Tools (Azure Key Vault), Identity and Access Management (Azure Active Directory, IAM, RBAC). Cloud Computing: Cloud Platforms (Azure, Fabric, Databricks). Nice To Have Qualifications Experience in IT consulting, working with clients in a variety of industries. Microsoft certifications in data analytics or related fields.
