Professional Staffing has partnered with a reputable and well-established organization on the search for a Human Resources Workforce Development Specialist. A new addition to the HR team, this position is integral to the innovation and growth of the Organizational Development delivery. If you have a 'builder' mentality and enjoy creating, implementing and maintaining HR program this is an exciting opportunity.ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead workforce management programs—succession planning, workforce planning, skills assessments, and performance managementImplement strategic succession planning frameworks that prepare employees for critical roles across leadership, technical, and functional areas.Provide expert consultation to leaders, deliver program training, and prepare insightful reports and recommendationsMonitor program effectiveness, leverage metrics and feedback using HRIS or other applicable technologyQualificationsProven experience in building HR programs, including Performance Management, Succession Planning frameworks, and building of Analytics to measure program success and effectiveness3+ years in Change Management and Project ManagementBachelor\'s Degree in a related field - Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational EffectivenessCPHR or pursuit of is considered an assetProficiency with large HRIS systems - Ultipro, WorkDay, or SAP SuccessFactorsAdvantages3 weeks vacation + option for EDO schedules (earned day off)Hybrid office (2 days work from home)Pension PlanSupport for Professional Dues and CPD100% covered benefits and HSA top-up #J-18808-Ljbffr
