Mobile Road Advisor, Auto Insurance

Waypoint is seeking a highly motivated Mobile Road Advisor to join our client-focused team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in servicing client insurance needs through in‑person visits at dealerships across British Columbia. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about client service, eager to develop into a producer role, and who enjoy the flexibility and variety of working on the road. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing expert advice to ensure they receive the most suitable coverage. Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients by proactively anticipating their needs and delivering exceptional service. Manage and process policy renewals promptly to ensure high client retention and satisfaction. Provide support to clients throughout the claims process, helping them navigate and resolve any issues that arise. Offer guidance and assistance to ensure clients have a smooth and efficient claims experience. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross‑selling additional insurance products. Actively seek out and engage potential clients to expand the client base and contribute to the company's growth objectives. Travel short distances on a daily basis to visit clients at dealerships and other locations as required. Manage travel schedule efficiently to optimize client visits and service delivery. Requirements Level‑1 Insurance Broker License. At least 1 year of previous experience in insurance, demonstrating a strong understanding of insurance products and client service. High motivation and excellent time‑management skills to effectively balance multiple tasks and client visits. Ability to thrive in a team environment while working independently in the field. Outstanding client service skills with a focus on building long‑term relationships and achieving high client satisfaction. Strong accountability and problem‑solving abilities to address client needs and resolve issues. Valid driver's license in British Columbia and access to a reliable vehicle for travel purposes.
