Resident Care Partner (RCP), Part Time Afternoons – 3pm to 11pm (30 hours bi‑weekly, including every other weekend) Join Sienna Senior Living as a Resident Care Partner—a critical role that impacts the lives of residents and ignites the warmth of human connection. Typical responsibilities Review residents’ support plans and provide all required activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, mobility, continence management, collecting and washing laundry, and sorting/storing clean laundry. Monitor and document residents’ vitals, weight, behaviour, mobility, safety, involvement in activities as indicated by the support plan, and any other changes; report to appropriate team members. Escort residents to social activity programs, appointments, dining room, etc. Promptly answer nursing call systems. Assist with move‑in, move‑out, and transfer of residents. Perform other duties as assigned. Must haves High School Diploma and completion of a recognised Personal Support Worker program. First Aid and CPR certified. Six (6) months of experience in a geriatric environment. All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check. Bonus points for having Courses in gerontology, ageing, or dementia. Completion of an accredited Personal Support Worker program and six hundred (600) hours of related experience (class time and practical experience), preferably with clinical experience in a geriatric setting.
