Responsibilities The Engineering and Quality Manager will lead a team of Project Managers, Designers and Quality inspectors as they develop the designs and monitor the production of Extreme Modular Buildings. Specific duties of the Engineering and Quality Manager include, but are not limited to: Supervise the design team, setting direction, priorities, and schedules Supervise the Project Manager(s), supporting their work to manage all aspects of each project Manage the project costs, ensuring projects stay on budget Ensure that all products meet EMB quality standards Encourage and support continuous improvement of the design and production process Document activities and results with variance reporting Preferred Qualifications Must have a P.Eng. designation that is recognized in Alberta Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment Effective oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Experience in project or business management (5 years minimum) Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and be a self-starter Microsoft Office suite, including Teams ERP Software (Enterprise Resource Planning Software) Valid driver’s license and passport.
