Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Construction Lead Hand to join our team and take a hands‑on leadership role in the execution of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil works, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead crews effectively on site. Responsibilities Assist the site supervisor in coordinating daily construction activities Lead and work alongside crews on tasks such as excavation, grading, concrete work, pipe installation, and roadwork Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Monitor progress and provide updates to supervisors Train and mentor crew members, promoting a positive and productive work environment Enforce safety protocols and participate in company safety programs Qualifications 3+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership or lead hand role Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and equipment Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Valid driver’s license (required) Gulf Operators Limited is pleased to offer a competitive wage and benefits package.
