Responsibilities Manage and develop Facebook and Instagram content strategies Create high-quality, engaging content, including posts, Reels, and stories for multiple clients and social media accounts Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently Monitor audience engagement, respond to inquiries professionally, and maintain brand tone Run, track, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements Maintain organized workflows and meet content deadlines Requirements Strong proficiency in Facebook and Instagram marketing Demonstrated experience in content creation and social media strategy Excellent communication skills Strong time-management and organizational abilities Ability to work independently from a home office Experience working in agriculture or agricultural businesses is an asset Bonus: experience with Canva, video editing tools, or paid advertising platforms Preferred Skills Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite Meta Business Suite / Facebook Ads Manager Social media analytics and trend monitoring The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. They are knowledgeable about social media trends, capable of producing high-quality content, and able to manage their workload efficiently.
