Deploy AI tools and CRM to manage the complete admissions journey from inquiry to enrollment decision. Oversee the complete admissions experience for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision. Screen inbound inquiries from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM intelligence, and AI‑driven analysis. Serve as the sole point of contact for parent correspondence, meeting coordination, and all follow‑through—ensuring a concierge experience irrespective of enrollment decision. Utilize AI platforms and CRM infrastructure (e.g., HubSpot) to sequence tasks, streamline follow‑ups, and minimize repetitive work. What You Won’t Be Doing Following scripts or standardized templates—this position demands discernment, refinement, and interpersonal sophistication. Navigating bureaucratic delays—you won't be constrained by layered approvals or dependency on other departments. Outsourcing relationship ownership—you remain the trusted contact from first inquiry to final handoff. Key Responsibilities Execute a white‑glove, high‑conversion admissions experience that builds family confidence and supports Alpha's national growth strategy. Basic Requirements 3+ years in a client‑facing capacity with documented conversion performance (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting). Proven experience managing high‑stakes or emotionally complex dialogues with professionalism and empathy. CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot) and experience guiding multi‑stage processes from prospect to close. Established ease with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization. Confirmed capability to execute details impeccably—record‑keeping, follow‑up cadence, and CRM discipline. Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work without visa sponsorship. Availability to accommodate evenings and weekends in alignment with family availability.
