Payroll Specialist

Join to apply for the Payroll Specialist role at ADP. Responsibilities Manage client payroll and oversee scheduling and running assigned client payrolls by following standard operating procedures. Serve as the subject‑matter expert, providing statutory information and ensuring accurate tax filing. Identify resolution of technical issues by working with internal support and production departments. Maintain NPI designation and attend required departmental training sessions. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years Canadian payroll processing experience. Minimum 5 years client service experience. Advanced internet and MS Office skills. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Excellent client‑service skills. Preferred Qualifications Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience. Working toward or holding National Payroll Institute certification. Benefits Base compensation: USD $55,200.00 – $88,100.00 per year.
