Project Manager(Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Job Description: The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery and client management for Microsoft Dynamics platforms, ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. This role will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across Dynamics 365 and AX environments. Responsibilities: Ensure end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics services including D365 and AX in alignment with SLAs and KPIs. Monitor service performance, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement. Act as the primary client point of contact, managing expectations and resolving escalations. Implement service delivery standards and ensure adherence to ITIL principles and governance requirements. Lead cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical consultants, and support engineers. Provide coaching, mentoring, and ensure resource readiness across delivery teams. Monitor budgets, ensure billing accuracy, and manage financial and contract adjustments. Prepare and present service performance reports and analytics to stakeholders. Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CRM). AX environments. Application Maintenance Services (AMS). ITIL-based service management. Change management and continuous improvement. Stakeholder management and communication. Financial and service performance reporting. Experience: 5+ years in service delivery or project management roles. Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations and managed services. Qualification And Education: Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
