Summary:We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing Account Executive, Customer SalesTeam in Burnaby or Toronto.Who you are:This role is for a sales leader who thrives in a rapid-growth, high-velocity environment. You are a dedicated professional passionate about coaching a team to drive revenue growth from our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will be a strategic manager focused on developing deep client relationships and positioning their team to successfully identify expansion opportunities and cross-sell new products. Success in this role requires being highly organized, articulate, and sensitive to our customers' evolving needs.What your team does:Our Customer Sales Account Executive team is the engine that drives our expansion efforts to close. They provide sound advice, give product demonstrations, work with cross-functional teams, and offer solutions to complex problems using strong business acumen and resourcefulness. They do it quickly, efficiently, and flawlessly while continuing to revolutionize an entire industry.What you’ll work on:Day-to-day management of our Customer Sales Account Executive team;Hire, motivate, mentor and provide training to increase efficiency, productivity, and overall skill sets of our Account Executive team;Deliver on monthly MRR targets for your assigned sales teams;Sell to and manage a defined sales territory;Quote, negotiate, and assist sales reps in closing;Maintain accurate Salesforce data for your team and provide reliable forecast information to upper management;Actively participate in territory planning and opportunity development;Hold team members accountable to sales metrics and KPI's;Diligent use of sales tools (Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, Gong, ScratchPad, etc.);Recruit team members for ongoing and future headcount needs;Identify areas for improvement and take an active role in coaching and developing a dynamic team;Work closely with Sales Leadership and our extended cross-functional teams;Other sales and leadership duties, as they arise.What you may have:Demonstrated success as both a top-performing salesperson and team leader/managerMinimum of 2 years of experience developing sales teams through regular 1:1’s, continuous training and coachingConsultative selling experience, selling multiple products to new and existing customersTrack record of building and leading sales teams with experience in both inbound and outbound sales modelsExperience working in fast-paced and high-growth technology companiesA track record of developing people and building high-velocity sales teamsExtraordinary communication and organizational skills. Ability to gain buy-in and motivate a teamA competitive mindsetExperience using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav or similar is a plusDemonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AIWhat you will find here:Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
