What You Will Do in This Role: Apply advanced skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices independently. Demonstrate a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross‑functional problems. Train support and/or professional staff by demonstrating leadership and role model qualities. Lead larger teams and effectively delegate tasks. Demonstrate and apply comprehensive knowledge of the field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments. Exhibit advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of the particular area of specialization. Demonstrate significant knowledge of the organization’s business practices and issues faced and drive resolution of those issues. Understand complex financial aspects of project execution, including other disciplines. Master understanding of project schedules, including coordination with other disciplines. Successfully lead multiple mid‑sized and/or very large/complex projects. Participate or lead Process Improvement Initiatives. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred). 8+ years of successful experience in a related field. Demonstrated significant knowledge of the organization’s business practices and issues faced, with the ability to drive resolution. Understanding of complex financial aspects of project execution, including coordination with other disciplines. Expertise in project scheduling across multiple disciplines. Proven ability to lead multiple mid‑sized and/or very large/complex projects.
