Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant Join our dynamic Mobile Mortgage Sales Force as a Mobile Mortgage Specialist Assistant (MMSA) in the Ottawa, Ontario, Canada location. The role is part‑time, minimum 15 hours per week, and primarily remote. Work Location Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Remote work from your home office or a TD location. Hours & Schedule Minimum 15 hours per week. Flexible scheduling in partnership with your associated Mobile Mortgage Specialist (MMS) and Manager, MMS Assistants. Pay Details $23.37 - $31.20 CAD per hour. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and business needs. Job Description The MMSA supports the Mobile Mortgage Specialist by handling credit administration, customer service, and administrative tasks so Specialists can focus on sales and business development. You will work closely with internal partner groups, provide excellent customer service, gather documentation, and support the credit decision process. Key Accountabilities Customer Maximize support in credit administration. Maintain strong relationships with partners, follow up, and respond to questions and concerns. Gather client documentation after initial meeting and process credit application. Process assigned work volumes accurately and efficiently. Support the customer journey and clarify mortgage suite details. Shareholder Validate documentation according to internal processes and regulations. Contribute to the achievement of credit quality objectives and individual targets. Meet or exceed timeline commitments. Partner with administrative support groups to facilitate credit decision process. Support business objectives and sales goals. Understand and apply bank operating policies and procedures. Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational excellence. Escalate non‑standard or high‑risk transactions. Employee / Team Actively participate in team meetings, knowledge transfer, and training sessions. Assist colleagues and ensure timely communication of issues. Contribute to a positive and equitable work environment. Serve as a brand ambassador for the business area. Breadth & Depth Execute routine customer transactions with limited financial impact. Maintain knowledge of basic product suite. Assess and resolve standard customer problems; escalates non‑standard issues. Deliver high quality services and identify process improvement opportunities. Follow Resl procedures and communicate clearly. Work independently, self‑starter, multi‑task in fast‑paced environment. What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year of client‑facing or administrative experience. Mortgage/credit lending experience. Superior computer and technology skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, self‑starter, able to work independently. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet/exceed SLAs. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
